Between the Covid shutdown, health issues and their remote living situation, Holly and RedG’s co-owner Nancylynn Kirkes decided this twosome needed to come spend a couple weeks with their “other mama’ to get some much needed socialization and practice.
We worked on building their confidence in a variety of settings while playing the games of Rally and Parkour–as well as reinforcing the skills Nancylynn had already instilled. Daily rides to the park around the corner, walks through the neighborhood, as well as trips to the farm supply and pet store, helped make up for their months of social drought.
Just five days after their arrival, the twosome visited a local evaluator to be tested for their Canine Good Citizen And Trick Dog Novice titles and both passed with flying colors! Over the next week we recorded three virtual Rally Novice courses for each pup, as well as filmed the requirements for their Parkour Dog Novice titles. We wrapped up their stay sending them home with four new titles each which also qualified them for a Versatile Bulldog Award from BCA!
